Job Summary

Aaratech Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst – Healthcare to support healthcare initiatives by analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and delivering data-driven solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to improve operational efficiency, patient outcomes, and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Collaborate with healthcare, IT, and business teams to support project initiatives.
• Analyze healthcare workflows and recommend process improvements.
• Develop business process documentation, reports, and dashboards.
• Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation activities.
• Prepare project documentation and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Experience gathering business requirements and documenting functional specifications.
• Knowledge of healthcare processes and data analysis.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Knowledge of healthcare systems such as EHR/EMR.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Basic understanding of HIPAA compliance.
• Any certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, ECBA, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) are a plus.
