In this role, you'll:

We are seeking a Functional Analyst – Assets & Customer Service to bridge business requirements and SAP-based technology solutions across asset management and customer service domains. This role combines business and technical analysis, supporting the design, configuration, and optimisation of SAP modules including Plant Maintenance, Customer Service, and Sales & Distribution. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into functional specifications, ensuring solutions align with enterprise standards and operational needs. The role also involves supporting mobile SAP services and contributing to ongoing system improvements within a complex, integrated environment.

About You

The ideal candidate is an experienced Functional Analyst with strong SAP expertise, particularly across S/4HANA (up to 2310), Plant Maintenance, Customer Service, and related modules. You bring a solid understanding of SAP Fiori, mobile solutions (including Syclo), and ideally exposure to production planning, quality management, and supply chain processes. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential, with the ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions. We are looking for a collaborative professional who can engage with stakeholders, manage vendor relationships, and contribute to delivering high-quality SAP-driven outcomes.
