At Winning Group, we're more than a retailer – we're Australia's leading experience company. Since 1906, we've been a proud, family-owned business, bringing together premium retail, world-class logistics, and cutting-edge technology. Our brands include Winning Appliances, Appliances Online, Winning Services, Rogerseller, Spence & Lyda, Ora, and Andoo.

Winning Services is our logistics and 3PL operation, powering the warehousing and fleet capability behind the Winning Group. As a Business Analyst, you'll help our warehouse, fleet, and commercial teams understand what's really happening across the network – performance, cost, capacity, and service levels – and turn that insight into clear, practical recommendations that make the business run better.

As a Business Analyst, you'll:

  • Partner with Warehouse, 3PL, and Commercial teams to understand operational challenges and identify where analysis can add the most value.
  • Own and prioritise the Winning Services analysis and reporting pipeline, in consultation with the GM and Operations leadership.
  • Analyse operational data across delivery performance, labour, inventory, fleet, and cost to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Investigate root causes of operational issues and recommend practical, fit-for-purpose solutions.
  • Build and maintain recurring reporting and dashboards that Operations teams can act on.
  • Support the business case, feasibility, and cost-benefit assessment for proposed improvement initiatives.
  • Work with IT/Technology teams to translate operational requirements into clear specifications, where a technology solution is warranted.
  • Coordinate testing and validation of new systems or process changes before they go live in the warehouse.
  • Monitor the adoption and effectiveness of implemented changes, adjusting based on operational feedback.
  • Prepare clear documentation, process guides, and training materials for warehouse and operations teams.
  • Apply structured continuous improvement methods (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma) to drive measurable gains across the network.

You'll have:

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years' experience in a Business Analyst, Operations Analyst, or Continuous Improvement role, ideally within logistics, warehousing, or supply chain.
  • Practical, working knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma, and how to apply them in an operational setting.
  • Confidence working with data – querying, manipulating, and visualising information to support decisions (e.g. Excel, SQL, Power BI).
  • Experience mapping and documenting business processes and requirements for a range of stakeholders.
  • A demonstrated ability to own and deliver multiple small-to-medium projects, from analysis through to implementation.
  • Familiarity with Agile or other structured delivery approaches – advantageous, but not essential.
  • Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills, with a bias toward practical, operationally-relevant solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the credibility to work effectively with warehouse and operations teams.
  • Flexibility for a working arrangement of 2 days per week based in the warehouse and 1 day per week at Head Office.
