Business Systems Analyst (AI Data Centre)

We're partnering with a rapidly growing global technology business that's building and operating some of the world's most advanced AI and high-performance computing infrastructure, powered entirely by renewable energy. As the business continues to scale across multiple international regions, they're looking for a Business Systems Analyst to help connect the systems that power the organisation. This is an opportunity to work across enterprise applications, automation and integrations, helping eliminate manual processes and enabling teams to operate more efficiently at scale.

This is a hands-on role where you'll partner with stakeholders across the business to design, build and support integrations between critical business platforms while helping shape the future state of enterprise systems.

What you'll be doing

• Design, build and maintain integrations between enterprise platforms including ERP, CRM, HRIS and other internal systems.
• Develop automations and workflows that remove manual effort and improve business efficiency.
• Build custom applications, scripts and API integrations where off-the-shelf functionality isn't sufficient.
• Manage data flows, transformations and governance to ensure consistency across business systems.
• Support and enhance middleware and orchestration platforms.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and provide ongoing operational support.
• Partner closely with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver scalable technology solutions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement across enterprise systems and automation capabilities.

What we're looking for

• Experience building system integrations using platforms such as Workato, Boomi, n8n, Zapier or similar.
• Strong scripting or development skills in Python, JavaScript or comparable languages.
• Experience integrating enterprise platforms such as NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, HubSpot, HiBob, Workday or similar.
• Exposure to APIs, middleware and automation frameworks.
• Understanding of data architecture, governance and security best practices.
• Experience working with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID is highly regarded.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
