Partnering with senior leaders, operational teams, technical specialists, and internal customers, you'll uncover business needs, translate insights into actionable requirements, and support the design and implementation of innovative solutions. From discovery through to testing and delivery, you'll play a critical role in ensuring transformation outcomes deliver real value for our people, customers, and communities.
What You Will Be Doing
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements through stakeholder engagement and workshops.
- Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Analyse and improve business processes to drive efficiency, consistency, and operational excellence.
- Use data insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and delivery teams to support solution design and implementation.
- Support project planning, coordination, testing, UAT, and deployment activities.
- Ensure solutions meet business requirements and deliver intended outcomes.
- Maintain strong stakeholder communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Analytical and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and workshop facilitation abilities.
- Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable in fast-paced project environments.
- Strong capability in requirements gathering, process analysis, and documentation.
- Experience supporting business transformation, system implementations, and process improvement initiatives.
- Skilled in developing process maps, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Ability to manage requirements traceability and support testing and UAT activities.
- Committed to delivering high-quality outcomes and continuous improvement.
