Technical Business Analyst, 12 month fixed-term

Nexon is seeking a capable Business Analyst to support the delivery of transformation projects.

The role will report the Transformation Lead, initially working across the following systems/domains: resource management, time and performance management, finance, usage metering, billing and invoicing.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering

• Elicit, document, and validate business and functional requirements
• Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and functional specifications
• Ensure alignment between requirements, business objectives, and delivered outcomes

Process & Data Analysis

• Analyse current ("as-is") processes and support the development of improved ("to-be") states
• Map process flows, data flows, and system interactions
• Identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for optimisation

Stakeholder Engagement

• Work closely with business stakeholders, systems teams, and delivery partners
• Facilitate workshops to clarify requirements and priorities
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences

Delivery & Change Support

• Work with internal teams and vendors to support delivery of system enhancements and improvements
• Participate in testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
• Support system upgrades, releases, and change deployment
• Produce user guides and training material
• Deliver user training

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, IT, or related field
• 3+ years' experience in a Business Analyst or similar role
• Strong experience capturing and documenting business requirements
• Exposure to enterprise systems across finance, billing and invoicing domains
• Familiarity with Agile delivery practices (user stories, backlog management)
• Exposure to ServiceNow and Microsoft Business Central advantageous
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
