Position: Business Analyst(Subject matter Expert)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst Domain Expert with extensive knowledge of the equipment/product hire (rental) industry. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in the end-to-end hiring lifecycle, pricing strategies, commercial processes, and operational workflows. The individual will act as the primary functional authority, guiding business stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives and industry best practices.

14+ years of experience as a Domain SME, Functional Consultant, or Solution Consultant in the equipment or product hire/rental industry.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Experience with Equipment Rental Management, Fleet Management, Construction Equipment, Industrial Equipment, or Asset Rental solutions
• .Experience working with ERP, CRM, or Rental Management platforms
• .Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies and digital transformation projects
