IT Business Analyst

We're seeking an IT Business Analyst with strong experience across ERP platforms, finance processes (GL/AP/AR) and system integrations to take ownership of a portfolio of enterprise applications.

Please note this role is 5 days in office and you must have your own transport.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the SME for your portfolio of enterprise applications
• Gather and analyse business requirements for system enhancements and improvements
• Work closely with Finance and operational stakeholders to optimise business processes
• Support system enhancements, upgrades, maintenance and production issues
• Coordinate and execute UAT planning, testing and business readiness activities
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate external development partners
• Perform system triage and determine when issues can be resolved internally versus escalated
• Support system integrations, API connectivity and data flows
• Assist with Microsoft D365 release testing (including RSAT where applicable)
• Drive automation opportunities using Power Platform and modern Microsoft technologies
• Contribute to future transformation projects, including the planned consolidation of Yardi into D365

About You

• Previous experience supporting ERP platforms (Dynamics 365 highly regarded but not essential)
• Strong understanding of Finance processes including GL, AP, AR and invoicing
• Experience working with enterprise application enhancements and production support
• Knowledge of system integrations, APIs, XML or related technologies
• Experience partnering with Finance and business stakeholders
• Strong vendor management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to understand end-to-end system and business process impacts
• Experience defining and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a willingness to take ownership
