What You Will Do

  • This position will work on some cutting edge projects as part of a digital transformation around Self-Service scheduling for Primary Care and Specialty Care.
  • Own and drive full project lifecycle (scope, timeline, KPIs, delivery)
  • Translate operational workflows into system design and application configuration
  • Design and optimize digital journeys using workflow and journey-mapping tools
  • Lead analysis and problem-solving for complex technical and business challenges
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, leadership, and external vendors
  • Support system build, testing (unit, integration), and implementation
  • Develop documentation, policies, and system design artifacts
  • Engage clinical and business stakeholders to ensure successful adoption
  • Build strong internal and external relationships to deliver project success
  • Support ongoing system improvements and occasional after-hours needs


Qualifications Sought:

  • 5+ years of experience with Epic or other web-based applications
  • Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing or contributing to full project lifecycles
  • Background in healthcare IT or related environment
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required


Qualifications Preferred:

  • Experience with Epic MyChart, scheduling tools, or digital engagement platforms
  • Product Owner or Product Management experience
  • Epic certifications or ECSA
  • Experience with CRM, SaaS platforms, or mobile/web application development
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
