Seeking a Business Systems Analyst / Scrum Master to support a development of a critical enterprise application . This role is critical to ensuring high-quality requirements, efficient delivery execution, and alignment between business needs and technical implementation.
Business Analysis & Functional Scope
- Lead requirement gathering across planning, repairs, sourcing, and supplier management stakeholders.
- Define business rules for alert triggers, severity scoring, categorization, and operational routing.
- Map current state vs. Future state MRO processes to ensure the dashboard supports Digital Transformation objectives.
- Create detailed functional specifications for dashboard behavior, drilldowns, workflow steps, and user interactions.
- Validate data sources, operational definitions, and exception thresholds with SMEs.
- Partner with engineering and data science teams to ensure business logic is accurately implemented.
- Support UAT planning, execution, defect triage, and readiness activities.
Preferred Skills & Expertise (Senior Business Analyst Focus)
- Deep knowledge of MRO operations, including repair/overhaul processes, planning, demand management, supplier performance, and inventory optimization.
- Strong Digital Transformation and process reengineering expertise, including identifying automation opportunities and designing improved end to end workflows.
- Ability to define alert thresholds, KPIs, and exception logic that reflect operational priorities.
- Experience translating business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
- Familiarity with analytics and data consumption (Dashboards, KPIs, exception logic), and ability to collaborate with data and ML teams.
- Strong communication skills to bridge business and technical discussions.
- Experience with enterprise workflow platforms (e.g., Webcon or similar) and understanding of routing logic and playbookdriven actions (preferred).
- Serve as Scrum Master, facilitating:
- Sprint planning
- Daily stand-ups
- Sprint reviews and retrospectives
- Drive team execution by removing impediments and maintaining delivery momentum
- Ensure adherence to agile best practices, sprint cadence, and delivery timelines
Deliverables
- Comprehensive business requirements and functional specification documents.
- MRO process maps (currentstate and optimized futurestate).
- Detailed alert logic definitions, severity rules, and routing criteria.
- User stories, acceptance criteria, and UX input for dashboard and workflow features.
- Stakeholder alignment materials, including workshops, walkthroughs, and prioritization sessions.
- UAT plan, test cases, and results documentation.
- Operational readiness and training materials for end users.
- Optional: Postlaunch support for adoption, process alignment, and enhancement planning.
Engagement Expectations
- Close collaboration with operations, supply chain, data science, and engineering teams.
- Iterative refinement with demos and business validation every 1–2 weeks.
- Ability to drive clarity, resolve ambiguity, and ensure the solution meets operational and DT goals.
