Business Analyst - Agile Team Support

Nakupuna Consulting is seeking a Business Analyst I II will support in writing Epics and Features as part of on of our Agile Software Delivery Teams . Frequent , open communication with both the Program Manager and the Army client will be an essential aspect of the role, and t he Business Analyst will employ excellent writing skills across important reports and participate in meetings. While the Business Analyst I II will be proficient in solving the most complex problems without extensive assistance from other staff-members, collaboration with the numerous Agile Teams and other parts of the program will be a common aspect of the position.

Responsibilities

• Support User Story writing and management of ART Backlog
• Collecting data from agile teams, creating, maintaining , and delivering project metrics and data inputs to CDRLs .
• Responsible for supporting agile data collection, administering agile project tool s , and compiling reports .
• Provides project coordination and analysis for managers .
• Performs work with a high degree of latitude.
• Provides leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to subordinate a group.
• May act as lead or first-level supervisor.

Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree with 6-8 years of experience within the federal government, DoD, Army, or IC and/or private sector preferred.

Skills/Qualifications: Certifications in SAFe for Teams or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager preferred.

Clearance Requirements: This position requires a current Secret clearance. Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Work Location: Work location will be in the D.C., Maryland, Virginia region.

The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $145,000.00 (annualized USD). The salary range displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Nakupuna Companies total compensation package for employees.
