Your responsibilities as a Business & Data Analyst will be:

• Generate dashboards to monitor transactional behavior across electronic payment processing channels.
• Analyze data to understand customer or products transaction and services, including when, where, and how transactions occur.
• Identify control points and generate insights that help prevent data integrity issues, fines, or sanctions.
• Develop daily, weekly, and monthly reports and dashboards to provide visibility for management decision-making.
• Support compliance, fraud monitoring, chargebacks, and audit functions through transactional data analysis and reporting.
• Provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and new procedures based on data insights.
• Document processes, findings, and analytical procedures to ensure continuity and traceability.

In addition, you can make a difference if you meet:

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent professional title in Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• At least (2) years of experience in business analytics, data analysis, or dashboard/report development.
• Knowledge of the financial sector and payment ecosystems, is preferred.
• Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, and SQL Server.
• Experience with data analysis, trends, and statistical projections.
• Strong communication and analytical skills with the ability to deliver strategic insights.
• Advanced English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking).

Work hours

Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

Available to work extended hours, weekends, and/or holidays as needed and the availability to travel as required to support projects in the region.
