Job Title: Senior Business Analyst with Wealth Management and Data Analytics Location: Malvern, PA (Onsite) Interview: Face to Face Experience: 10 Years (Required >10) Visa: GC / H4EAD / USC / H1B / GCEAD Any one certification required - CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile Certified Practitioner Description

• 10+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• Strong Wealth Management domain experience.
• Experience with Portfolio Management, Investment Management, Asset Management, or Private Wealth Management.
• Strong understanding of financial products including:
• Equities, Fixed Income, Mutual Funds, ETFs, Alternatives, Derivatives
• Excellent experience in requirements gathering and documentation.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and validation.
• Experience with data mapping, data lineage, and data quality analysis.
• Hands-on experience working with large datasets.
• Experience creating: BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Process Flow Diagrams, Use Cases
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Skills

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts.
• Experience with Snowflake, SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
• Understanding of ETL processes and Data Governance.
• Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of APIs, REST services, and system integrations.
• Experience with regulatory reporting (SEC, FINRA, MiFID II, AML, KYC) is a plus.
