Location: Philadelphia, PA | Remote (onsite meetings 1-2x per month)

Compensation Range: $35.00 - $45.00 / hour (W-2)


Overview

We are seeking candidates with 4+ years of experience serving as the primary or sole Business Analyst on complex, high-risk, high-visibility business projects with executive sponsors.


This is a NON-technical Business Analyst role. We're looking for functional, process-oriented, change management focused individuals.


The successful candidate will lead business analysis activities from project initiation through implementation, including:

  • Stakeholder engagement
  • Requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation
  • Process and gap analysis
  • Solution definition and validation
  • Change readiness support


Candidates must be comfortable working with senior leaders to navigate ambiguity, build consensus, resolve competing priorities, and guide informed decisions while independently leading multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead business case development, requirements gathering, analysis, testing, and training
  • Facilitate application RFPs, including functional requirements, vendor evaluations, scorecards, and demo scoring
  • Develop business requirements, use cases, documentation, and test plans/scripts
  • Support process improvement through process mapping, value stream mapping, and documentation
  • Develop project metrics, ROI reporting, and success measures
  • Maintain project documentation and support project delivery
  • Partner with stakeholders to improve project outcomes
  • Promote business analysis methodologies and participate in ongoing professional development
