Business Planning & Reporting Supervisor

About the Job:

We are looking for a data-driven Business Planning & Reporting Supervisor to provide actionable business insights through reporting, performance analysis, and inventory monitoring. The role supports management by delivering accurate reports, forecasts, and recommendations that improve operational efficiency and business performance.

Job Responsibilities

• Track daily, weekly, and monthly business KPIs.
• Prepare monthly management reports.
• Analyze business performance, including sales, margins, channel performance, inventory analysis, and weekly performance.
• Prepare board presentations.
• Prepare forecasts and budgets.
• Validate data from multiple sources.
• Recommend actions based on data and variance analysis.
• Ensure stock levels align with customer demand to maximize sales and minimize overstock.
• Review daily sales and stock levels to identify store allocation needs.
• Schedule product replenishment to prevent stockouts and excess inventory.
• Monitor products received into the country and remaining shipment quantities.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Previous experience of 5 years in retail analysis or a similar data-driven role.
• Bachelor of Commerce (English section preferred).
• Strong analytical skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI).
• Ability to use AI tools.
• Self-starter with a hands-on approach who can work in a small team.
• Very good command of English.
