Job Summary

We are seeking a consultant to support our Digital Transformation & AI practice in delivering advisory engagements, proposals, and reusable practice assets across digital transformation, data, AI, operating model, GRC, and implementation.

The role will contribute to client-facing advisory work and business development across digital transformation, data, AI, governance, and business transformation initiatives. The role is suited to a consultant who can structure ambiguous information, write clearly, learn quickly, and support practical recommendations for clients. Experience supporting government, public sector, or large enterprise transformation initiatives is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to engagements across digital transformation, data, AI, governance, data protection, and business transformation.
• Conduct current-state reviews, maturity assessments, benchmarking, gap analysis, and evidence synthesis to support client recommendations.
• Document AI use cases, business requirements, process impacts, governance needs, and implementation considerations.
• Contribute to transformation strategies, roadmaps, operating models, governance frameworks, and implementation plans.
• Support AI solution design and implementation initiatives by translating business needs into delivery activities and helping validate outputs.
• Support proposals, RFP responses, client presentations, and pursuit materials.
• Develop client-specific perspectives, use case catalogues, solution narratives, and supporting content for pursuits.
• Research clients, industries, regulations, market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities relevant to digital transformation and AI.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar technical discipline.
• Approximately 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, digital transformation, technology advisory, innovation, business analysis, data & AI, governance, or a related field.
• Experience supporting digital transformation, data, AI, governance, or business transformation initiatives.
• Experience preparing client-facing deliverables, reports, briefing notes, proposals, or advisory material.
• Strong ability to structure information, synthesize findings, and translate analysis into practical recommendations.
• Experience working with government, public sector, or enterprise clients within the GCC is advantageous.

Preferred Knowledge

• Good understanding of digital / technology concepts including data, AI, enterprise platforms, automation, systems integration, and operating model change.
• Familiarity with governance disciplines such as data governance, AI governance, data protection, privacy, and enterprise risk management.
• Understanding of modern AI concepts such as large language models, retrieval augmented generation, AI agents, responsible AI, and enterprise AI adoption.
• Familiarity with governance, risk, compliance, data management, or enterprise transformation concepts is advantageous.
