Job Summary:
The Business Analyst acts as a communicator, facilitator, and mediator, bridging the gap between business and technology to enhance organizational effectiveness. The role is responsible for identifying opportunities to improve business processes through technology, strategic initiatives, analytical solutions, and process re-engineering.
Working closely with multiple business units, the Business Analyst gathers, synthesizes, and analyzes information related to business processes, tools, documentation, and stakeholder requirements. The role ensures that the solutions designed and delivered are aligned with business needs, stakeholder expectations, and organizational objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Software Requirements Specifications (SRSs), and Scope Documents.
- Manage project requirements throughout their lifecycle, including requirements planning, elicitation, analysis, validation, approval, and change management.
- Review test scenarios and validate testing results to ensure alignment with business requirements
- Conduct system demonstrations for business users and support user training for newly implemented systems.
- Apply business process re-engineering (BPR) techniques to improve operational efficiency.
- Drive organizational change and facilitate collaboration among stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) regulations and the Bank's internal policies.
- Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist the Project/Product Manager in project planning and coordination activities.
- Identify potential solution options and assess their technical and business feasibility.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from initiation through completion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to understand business challenges and develop practical, value-driven solutions.
- Proficiency in project management and business analysis tools and software.
- Professional certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Lean, Six Sigma, or Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) are preferred.
