CRole: Business Systems Analyst – SAP Payroll
Location: Toronto,Halifax,Vancouver _hybrid
Must-Have Skills
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in financial services or a regulated environment
- Strong expertise in SAP US Payroll and BSI Tax Factory
- Experience with SAP Payroll configuration, data structures, wage types, and withholding calculations
- Strong understanding of payroll tax compliance, including wage allocation, tax sourcing, and multistate compliance
- Experience with NYS employment tax compliance and/or state/local tax compliance
- Experience gathering, documenting, and validating functional and technical requirements
- Experience defining system integration requirements and data flows
- Ability to translate regulatory and compliance requirements into technical specifications
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
