IT Business Analyst (m/f/d)

For our IT Organization at our Burbach site, we are looking for a qualified candidate to join us as

IT Business Analyst (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

• Partner with business departments to analyze requirements and deliver innovative IT solutions
• Analyze, model, and optimize business processes using BPMN standards
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of business processes within existing IT systems
• Prepare functional specifications, user documentation, training materials, and work instructions
• Plan, coordinate, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new software solutions
• Monitor project progress, support software releases, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors

Your profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience as an IT Business Analyst or IT Project Manager
• Experience in business process analysis and optimization using BPMN
• Solid knowledge of project management, including resource, schedule, and risk management
• Experience creating functional specifications, user documentation, and training materials
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English; German is an advantage
