Your Main Tasks
- Own and manage Quality KPI reporting and analytics across multiple business functions.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI.
- Extract, transform, and analyze data from SAP, databases, and other enterprise systems using SQL.
- Provide actionable insights, trend analysis, and recommendations to support business decision-making.
- Partner with stakeholders across Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across multiple systems and reporting platforms.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to automate and enhance reporting processes.
- Master's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, combined with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- 7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Reporting, or a related business analytics role.
- Advanced expertise in Tableau and Power BI, with a proven track record of designing and delivering executive-level dashboards and reports.
- Strong SQL and database management experience, including extracting, transforming, and analyzing large and complex datasets.
- Experience working with Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, or other operational KPI environments, translating data into actionable business insights.
- Hands-on experience with SAP data and processes, alongside strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project delivery skills, with experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments; knowledge of Python, R, SAS, Databricks, or similar analytics tools is an advantage.
