• Provide training and support to users on ERP systems and account management practices.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on ERP systems and account management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
• Proficient in using ERP software and other business management tools.
• Solid understanding of business processes and methodologies.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Fluent English language
• Strong Hungarian language
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in the IT industry or a related field.
• Certification in Business Analysis or related disciplines.
• Project management skills and experience.
