BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST (NK)

Location: Budapest, IX. district, hybrid

Tasks:

• Maintain continuity of deployed products, support incident management, and assist with technical configurations
• Business process change: Understand and document current business processes, identify inefficiencies, design new to-be processes, and support business changes.
• Requirements gathering: Uncover user requirements, translate them into features, and support the Product Owner (PO) in prioritizing features.
• Stakeholder management: communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
• Data Management: proactively investigate data related issues such as integrations to support application operations

Requirements:

• A bachelor-level education
• 4-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Pro-active mindset: Take the initiative to reach out and create (business) relationships where needed and have a pro-active and curious attitude
• Perseverance & result-oriented: Willingness to go the extra mile and achieve results.
• Communication skills: Good social and communication skills to connect with all stakeholders and to form the bridge between the NL and HU based colleague
• Experience with SAP SF Recruitment (configuration)
• Good in leading, coordinating and alignment with Business stakeholders for validation
• Experience with CISO and/or building permit processes is preferred.
