Business Product Analyst

Out partner is a globally recognised organisation in the aviation and travel industry, currently undergoing an ambitious digital transformation. As a Business Product Analyst, you will play a key role in maximising product value by translating business needs into validated requirements, driving user adoption, and supporting organisational change.

Key responsibilities:

• Maintain continuity of deployed products, support incident management, and assist with technical configurations
• Business process change: understand and document current business processes, identify inefficiencies, design new to-be processes, and support business changes
• Requirements gathering: undercover user requirements, translate them into features, and support the Product Owner in prioritising features
• Stakeholder management: communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective collaboration
• Data management: proactively investigate data related issues such as integration to support application operations

Requirements:

• A bachelor-level education
• 4-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Pro-active mindset: take the initiative to reach out and create relationships where needed and have a pro-active and curious attitude
• Perseverance and result-oriented: willingness to go the extra mile and achieve results
• Communication skills: good social and communication skills to connect with all stakeholders and to form the bridge between the NL and HU based colleague
• Experience with SAP SF Recruitment (configuration)
• Good in leading, coordinating and alignment with business stakeholders for validation
• Experience with CISO/build permits processes etc. is a pre
