Business Analyst Sales Excellence

A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Business Analyst you will manage change requests for our IT applications. You will analyze business processes, collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, and work closely with IT teams to develop effective solutions. Your responsibilities will include creating user stories and test cases, validating and testing implemented solutions, and approving deployments. Additionally, you will develop documentation, conduct user training sessions, and provide ongoing support to end users.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Lead the improvement, rollout, and operation of business applications supporting Sales Digitalization initiatives.
• Analyze and identify business processes, gathering and defining business requirements.
• Partner closely with IT teams on projects, taking end-to-end ownership and serving as the key liaison between Sales and IT.
• Drive the automation and optimization of sales processes.
• Enhance IT systems through standardization and harmonization while providing user support, training, and guidance.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration with strong IT expertise, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, ideally with a focus on Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
• Solid understanding of agile project management frameworks (e.g., Scrum) and hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, as well as reporting and dashboarding tools like Tableau.
• Extensive experience in business process analysis, requirements engineering, and process documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German language skills are a plus.
