Technical Business Analyst

The opportunity

An exciting task awaits you as a Technical Business Analyst. We deliver complex IT applications that ensure that credit card payments work quickly and reliably. Together with you we would like to make our customers grow with us.

Day-to-day Responsibilities

• Analyse requirements from the customer (normally banks or processors). This can be change-requests, tasks or incidents
• The nature of the task can be functional topics but also technical topics like performance-issues or technical upgrades
• Work together with the functional business analysts
• You will look in the database and in the code in order to fully understand the topic
• AI will be your best friend for this
• Decide on the solution together with the developers of the squad and the product-teams
• Be discussion-partner for the customer for technical questions

• Degree in a technical subject is the basis for your systematic and engineering-like work
• Expertise working with Java and Databases (Oracle/Postgres)
• Experience create SQL statements
• You can talk to both customers and other technicians
• Be proactive in communication and enjoy bringing the various stakeholders together
• Excellent written and spoken English (C1); additional languages (French, German, Italian) are appreciated.
