We have our software implemented in various countries in Europe, but recently our customer base also expanded to Asia (Mongolia) and Middle East. Our main activities include the development, implementation and support / maintenance of proprietary software and consulting services for other projects.

Our expanding team is looking for

Business Analyst - Bucharest

to our branch office in Bucharest.

Responsibilities

• Mapping, analyzing and optimizing banking business processes
• Assessing and identifying client needs and transforming them into structured and actionable specifications
• Creating and updating functional specifications and use cases
• Configuring business rules, screens and processes in a low-code environment
• Specifying integrations between connected systems
• Supporting user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Maintaining client relationships and ensuring smooth communication
• Collaborating closely with developers and testers to ensure successful and timely project delivery
• Collecting and evaluating development opportunities to expand and enhance existing banking solutions
• Preparing price offers and estimations for development packages
• Pre-sales activities to win new projects

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the banking sector
• University degree in economics, IT and/or finance
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Outstanding communication skills and a client-focused approach
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Analytical mindset with an independent and proactive personality
• Fluent in Romanian and English, both written and spoken
• Experience with the following technologies is an advantage: Enterprise Architect (or similar tools), SQL, MVEL, Camunda BPMN, UML, REST API, SOAP, XML, Kafka
