Information Technology Business Analyst

YOUR ROLE WILL BE TO:

o Elicit, analyze, specify, and validate the business needs of stakeholders, acting as your customers or end users;

o Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and development teams;

o Work close with business, key users and support team members in order to identify required changes for applications used within our organization;

o Support business and support teams to understand the changes and validate functionalities;

o Propose and validate solutions with stakeholders;

o Test business processes and recommend improvements;

o Prioritize requirements from various stakeholders;

o Validate developments with suppliers;

o Create and present release documentation for pre-production environment;

o Conduct workshops to gather customer requirements via workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods;

o Conduct peer reviews of the business requirements in order to ensure requirements are correctly understood;

o Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle;

o Report to delivery manger progress for the projects and list of PBI in queue;

o Support teams to investigate critical issue on all environments.

o Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements — verbally or through written documentation — to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood

o Collaborate with UX designer for collecting information architecture, visual product outcomes, usability of the digital product and its intuitive interface;

WE WOULD BE DELIGHTED TO SEE THAT YOU HAVE:

o 3-5 years of experience in Business analysis;

o Experience with Agile methodologies;

o REST API Design;

o Data modeling - understand relationships among the data in a database; understand and analyze how an organisation should collect, update, and store data;

o Transact-SQL knowledge;

o UML Modelling experience;

o UX Business Analysis - creates user interface designs and mockups that will mimic the actual user interaction with a digital application;

o Product discovery - research expectations of a customer, collect, analyze and accurately document the initial requirements for the future product;

o Material design knowledge;

o Proactive behavior, good organizational and time management skills and result-oriented working style;

o Good English communication skills – both spoken and written;

o Experience with integration projects is a plus.

AI & DATA COMPETENCIES:

o Familiarity with AI assistants (e.g. Microsoft Copilot 365) for requirements preparation and documentation

o Ability to create effective prompts for business analysis activities

o Experience validating AI-generated requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation

o Awareness of AI governance, privacy, ethics, bias, and responsible use of AI
