Euro-Testing Software Solutions is involved in software consulting, having experience of approx. 20 years on the market in Romania and abroad, through specific IT solutions and services offered in the following areas:

aEURc Software Testing (manual testing, testing automation, performance testing, outsourcing, training and certification, etc.)

aEURc Cyber aEUR

aEURc DevOps/DevSecOps

aEURc Implementation and Customization of Atlassian & OpenText products (MicroFocus) and other niche products/solutions

aEURc AI based Decision Intelligence solutions.

Requirements

aEURc Bachelor's degree or higher.

aEURc 3+ years of experience in Business & Systems Analysis.

aEURc Experience in Insurance products and processes (mandatory); exposure to Investment/Savings products is a plus.

aEURc Experience in complex Digital Transformation projects.

aEURc Knowledge of SQL (T-SQL, PL/SQL, DB2 SQL etc.) and data analysis.

aEURc Proven experience with systems integration, APIs (REST/SOAP), and end-to-end connectivity between systems.

aEURc Hands-on experience with Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, SoapUI.

aEURc Knowledge of JSON, XML, microservices, and messaging platforms (Kafka, MQ, RabbitMQ).

aEURc Strong skills in requirements gathering, process modeling, data mapping, impact analysis, and documentation (UML, sequence, data flow, and integration diagrams).

aEURc Ability to identify risks, propose solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

aEURc Familiarity with AI tools for analysis, documentation, automation, and process improvement.

aEURc Good English.

Responsibilities

aEURc Analyze and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.

aEURc Act as the liaison between business stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams.

aEURc Define integrations, APIs, interfaces, and data mappings.

aEURc Support insurance and investment product initiatives from concept to delivery.

aEURc Perform impact analysis, solution validation, and UAT support.

aEURc Contribute to process optimization, digitalization, and AI-driven improvements.
