Business System Analyst

Euro-Testing Software Solutions is involved in software consulting, having experience of approx. 20 years on the market in Romania and abroad, through specific IT solutions and services offered in the following areas:

aEURc Software Testing (manual testing, testing automation, performance testing, outsourcing, training and certification, etc.)

aEURc Cyber aEUR

aEURc DevOps/DevSecOps

aEURc Implementation and Customization of Atlassian & OpenText products (MicroFocus) and other niche products/solutions

aEURc AI based Decision Intelligence solutions.

Requirements

aEURc BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree or higher

aEURc At least average-level skills in one SQL flavor (T-SQL/PL-SQL/DB2 SQL, etc.) or NoSQL (e.g., ElasticSearch, Redis)

aEURc 3+ yearsaEUR(TM) experience in business & systems analysis

aEURc Proven experience with systems integration, including hands-on work designing, implementing, and testing API integrations

aEURc Previous experience with complex Digital projects (medium term) is mandatory

aEURc Demonstrated ability to work with API design (REST, SOAP, etc.), implement end-to-end connectivity between heterogeneous systems, and use tools for API management and monitoring

aEURc Strong skills with visual modeling techniques (e.g., UML, ER diagrams, flowcharts), particularly as applied to integration architectures and data flows

aEURc Experience documenting complex application flows using sequence diagrams, integration diagrams, and data flow diagrams

aEURc Experience defining functional and non-functional requirements, interface specifications, and data mappings

aEURc Knowledge of messaging and event-driven integrations (Kafka, MQ, RabbitMQ or similar)

aEURc Hands-on experience with API tools such as Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, and SoapUI

aEURc Knowledge of XML and JSON data structures

aEURc Ability to perform impact analysis, identify risks, and provide solution recommendations

aEURc Understanding of microservices architecture

aEURc Proven ability to leverage AI technologies for analysis, content generation, process automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

aEURc Good command of English

Responsibilities

aEURc Interact with business lines to clarify business requirements;

aEURc Assess feasibility, benefits and risks and provide opinions/recommendations;

aEURc Analyze impact of business requirements on the existing systems and overall IT environment;

aEURc Provide effort estimates for the analysis work;

aEURc Transform business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications;

aEURc Participate in the solution design, support development and testing;

aEURc Maintain specifications up to date throughout the project, operating the approved changes;

aEURc Provide post-implementation support to system administrators during stabilization;

aEURc Provide functional and gap analysis in application acquisition (RfPs). Document specific requirements and participate in the evaluation process.
