Functional Analyst

📌 Your main tasks:

• Analysing the customer's needs by collaborating with stakeholders;
• Tanslate business needs into clear functional specifications;
• Ensure good communication between the technical and business teams;
• Document the processes put in place;
• Ensuring project progress and providing ongoing support.

💬 Your profile :

• You have a degree in IT or a related field;
• You have at least 4 years of experience in IT analysis (business or functional);
• You have experience with Agile or Waterfall Methodologies;
• Experience in the following environments: API., BPMN, Jira, ...;
• Experience in the Financial or public sector is a plus;
• Languages: French OR Dutch AND English (knowledge of the second language is a big plus).
