YOUR ROLE
As a Business & Functional Analyst specialized in Content Management Systems (CMS), you'll join a product team in charge of communication tools and play a key role in managing, evolving, and integrating application solutions for the benefit of users and the business.
In concrete terms, you will:
- Gather, analyze, and formalize functional and technical requirements related to communication tools.
- Define the functional and technical requirements of software solutions.
- Configure and set up applications to meet user needs.
- Coordinate the implementation of changes within existing solutions.
- Contribute to developments, continuous improvements, and the product roadmap.
- Ensure solutions are properly integrated into the client's application landscape and systems.
- Support testing activities (preparation, execution, results analysis).
- Take part in the operation and maintenance of applications alongside the product team.
- Contribute to IT cost estimates and advise on team composition.
- Advise key users on best practices.
- Carry out market analyses and fit-gap analyses to guide technology choices.
YOUR PROFILE
Must have:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or equivalent, with at least 3 years of experience with application solutions or Digital Workplace environments.
- Strong command of web technologies and communication/CMS platforms (AEM, Sitecore, DotNetNuke, Unily, or equivalent).
- Good knowledge of Digital Workplace environments.
- Advanced use of Microsoft O365.
- Experience in IT supplier management and application operations.
- You're comfortable in complex, multi-stakeholder environments and able to bridge business needs with technical solutions.
- You're structured, proactive, solution-oriented, and have excellent communication skills.
- Fluent English and French and /or Dutch
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of ITIL best practices / service management.
- Practice of Agile methodologies.
- Experience in the energy sector or critical infrastructure.
- German language skills.
