Junior/Medior Business Analyst

Arηs Group, Part of Accenture, is looking for a motivated Business Analyst to join its team.

The Role

The Business Analyst plays a key role in translating business needs into effective digital solutions and acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. The role contributes to the successful delivery and adoption of digital projects by ensuring well-defined requirements, stakeholder alignment, and structured project coordination.

Key responsibilities include:

• Analysis and documentation of business requirements in close collaboration with stakeholders.
• Preparation of system use cases and contribution to solution design discussions and reviews with technical teams.
• Coordination with developers throughout the development lifecycle to clarify, review, and validate business requirements.
• Definition and prioritization of services, dependencies, and activities required to meet project objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Oversight and support of the adoption journey across various internal and external stakeholder groups.
• Contribution to the success of digital initiatives by ensuring stakeholders are regularly informed and engaged to support adoption of digital solutions.
• Creation, implementation, and monitoring of structured plans addressing stakeholder needs and supporting the rollout of digital solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience working with Agile methodologies.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination within complex environments.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis, including interaction with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• At least 3 years of proven experience applying BPMN standards, including UML, use case modelling, business process modelling, data modelling, and functional specifications.
• At least 3 years of experience using Atlassian collaboration tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence) and Microsoft Office tools (e.g. PowerPoint).
• Experience within EU skills and qualifications domains is considered a strong asset.
