What you’ll do

You analyze business needs and translate them into clear requirements by:

• Organizing interviews and workshops with stakeholders
• Documenting functional and non-functional requirements
• Writing user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria
• Mapping current and future business processes
• Identifying risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
• Managing and prioritizing requirements throughout the project

You support the delivery of solutions by:

• Acting as the bridge between business and technical teams
• Collaborating with developers, testers, architects, Product Owners, and Project Managers
• Clarifying requirements during development
• Supporting testing and user acceptance testing
• Assisting with implementation, documentation, and change management
• Contributing to Agile ceremonies and backlog refinement

You may work with tools and methodologies such as:

• Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall
• BPMN and UML
• Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
• Visio, Miro, or similar modelling tools
• SQL, Power BI, and data analysis tools

What you bring

• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or in a similar role
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements
• Strong knowledge of user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria
• Experience working with business and technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Knowledge of BPMN, UML, SQL, APIs, or system integrations is a plus
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• A structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset
• Fluency in Dutch and English; French is a strong plus
