Description
We are looking for a Medior Business Analyst to support the evolution of a collaborative operating model within a complex utilities environment involving multiple stakeholders and external partners.
The successful candidate will play a key role in structuring and documenting business processes, facilitating collaboration between different organizations, and ensuring the successful implementation of a new operating model. This position combines business analysis, process optimization, change management, stakeholder engagement, and coordination activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, structure, and document the business collaboration model in close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders.
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements to support process improvements.
- Develop and maintain clear briefing and communication documents.
- Organize and facilitate workshops with business stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver information and training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of new processes.
- Coordinate the transition (phase-in) and retirement (phase-out) of the new collaboration model.
- Support change management initiatives by developing training materials and ensuring stakeholder readiness.
- Identify opportunities to optimize business processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Act as the primary liaison between business teams and project stakeholders throughout the implementation.
- Ensure effective communication and alignment across all parties involved.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Minimum 3 years of experience within the utilities or energy sector, with a solid understanding of collaboration models and cross-organizational synergies.
- Proven experience facilitating workshops with business stakeholders.
- Strong experience in Business Process Management (BPM), including process analysis, design, and optimization.
- Ability to understand and explain operational synergies within utility organizations.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to become operational quickly in a complex business environment.
- Dutch language proficiency at CEFR C2 level.
Nice to Have
- Experience in Change Management, including the preparation of training materials and delivery of training sessions.
- Experience in Stakeholder Management within complex organizational environments.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Engineering, Technical Studies, or a related field.
