Business Analyst

As a Medior Business Analyst, you will work within the Software Project Team on innovative software (and occasionally hardware-related) projects. You act as the link between the customer, project team, and developers, translating business needs into clear and feasible software solutions. You report to the Software Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer needs into clear software designs
• Develop and monitor solutions within scope and project objectives
• Align and validate designs with customers
• Ensure quality through internal reviews
• Report progress and risks to the project manager
• Collaborate closely with customer teams to ensure successful implementation
• Define API specifications and support developers with clear guidelines
• Process and follow up on customer feedback
• Integrate OCR and OFR functionalities within project scope

• Master’s degree in ICT or Computer Science
• 3-5 years of experience as a software developer, system analyst, or business analyst
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
• Knowledge of high-level system architecture and communication protocols
• Experience with BPMN
• Ability to translate business requirements into structured software solutions
• Able to define and structure functional and non-functional requirements
• Organized, communicative, and able to manage complexity
