Job Description

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Teams, IT, vendors, and implementation partners to deliver enterprise technology solutions.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
• Conduct current-state/future-state analysis, gap analysis, and process optimization.
• Create functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and data mappings.
• Manage product backlogs, priorities, dependencies, risks, and delivery milestones.
• Support Agile delivery activities including sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, retrospectives, and release planning.
• Partner with development teams throughout the SDLC to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Analyze system integrations, APIs, data flows, interfaces, middleware, and batch processes.
• Support application architecture, security models, and technical solution alignment.
• Develop business process documentation, workflows, and system diagrams.
• Coordinate SIT/UAT testing, defect management, and business validation.
• Perform SQL-based data analysis, validation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Coordinate with vendors and implementation partners to track deliverables and project progress.
• Prepare project documentation, executive reports, and status updates.
• Identify risks, blockers, dependencies, and drive continuous process improvements.
