Business Analyst/PM Onboarding with Leading Global Hedge Fund

OCR are partnered with a leading hedge fund that is currently in growth mode and expanding its business globally. The firm trades across multiple strategies and is renowned for both its performance and culture in recent years.

They are currently hiring a Business Analyst to be based in their NYC office. This is a high-exposure role providing support to PMs across all strategies.

Acting as part of an internal business management function, you’ll play a key role in on-boarding PMs, streamlining their setup, and providing day-to-day support across the platform. The position is varied and fast-paced, requiring strong communication and organisational skills.

This role is ideal for someone with a trade support or middle office background who is looking to move away from operations and work more closely on business management projects.
