Business Analyst

Business Analyst | Dayforce | £450pd Outside IR35 | Somerset Hybrid

Peaple Talent have partnered with a leading organisation looking for an experienced Payroll Business Analyst to support a major Dayforce implementation.

You will take ownership of the payroll workstream across requirements, process design, data migration, parallel payroll testing and UAT, acting as the link between Payroll, HR, Finance, technical teams and the implementation partner.

We are looking for someone with:

• Strong Business Analysis experience across payroll, HR or HCM transformation programmes
• Detailed UK payroll knowledge and ideally previous Dayforce or Ceridian implementation experience
• Strong data migration experience covering mapping, cleansing, validation and reconciliation
• Experience supporting parallel payroll runs, investigating discrepancies and achieving payroll sign-off
• Confidence leading workshops, managing requirements and working across complex stakeholder groups
• Exposure to payroll integrations, UAT, defect management and cutover planning

Experience with IFS, Workforce Management, timesheets, labour costing or operational workforces would be beneficial.

This is an outside IR35 contract paying £450 per day and requires two days a week onsite in Somerset.
