FP&A Analyst

This isn't a typical finance analyst role.

You'll use AI every day - not as a concept, but as a real tool - to turn fragmented data across NetSuite, Adaptive, Workday, and more into clear, automated insights that drive real decisions across 20+ business units in EMEA and Asia.

📍 Chippenham -hybrid, one day per week in office.

What you'll do:

• Build AI-powered pipelines (Claude, Python, LLMs) that unify financial, operational & HR data
• Own the Adaptive Planning environment end-to-end
• Create dashboards and briefing packs that surface risks, not just numbers
• Partner with Finance Directors and the CFO on board and portfolio reviews
• Evaluate and recommend emerging FP&A and AI tools -with measurable impact

In your first 12 months, you'll:

• Map all finance data flows and close the biggest gaps
• Launch 2+ AI automation workflows that materially cut manual effort
• Deliver a unified performance dashboard across finance, people & strategy
• Equip the CFO with AI-assisted insight packs for every strategic review

You'll thrive here if you have:

• 2+ years in FP&A

• Hands-on experience with tools like NetSuite, Adaptive, OneStream, Power BI

• Real-world use of AI in a finance or analytics context (Copilot, Claude, Python)

• Strong Excel modelling and a sharp eye for data quality

• Bonus: Python/SQL, prompt engineering, HR/workforce analytics
