Be a part of one of this organisation's largest and most operationally demanding business units as a Business Process Analyst, driving the creation of the business processes and increasing the overall maturity.

Your new role

As Business Process Analyst you will:

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand and document current-state processes.
  
• Develop and maintain business process maps for newly established and evolving operational functions.
  
• Assist with the setup and standardisation of processes supporting a newly awarded Defence contract.
  
• Facilitate workshops to capture business requirements, workflows and operational dependencies.
  
• Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  
• Translate business needs into clear documentation, procedures and process artefacts.
  
• Support the implementation of new operating models, governance frameworks and business practices.
  
• Engage with stakeholders across operations, delivery and leadership teams to drive consistency and alignment.
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong Business Analysis experience within complex enterprise environments.
  
• Demonstrated experience in business process mapping and process improvement.
  
• Experience supporting operational business functions rather than purely project-based initiatives.
  
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
  
• Strong documentation capabilities and attention to detail.
  
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and helping establish new ways of working.
  
• Pragmatic, outcomes-focused and willing to roll up their sleeves.
  
• Experience working in Defence or Government related environments
