• 2 days WFH
• Hourly rate up to $121 PH
• Open to Brisbane based candidates

About the role:

Seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a large, complex infrastructure environment, with a strong focus on business process mapping, requirements elicitation, and development of practical frameworks, guidance and governance artefacts.

Working closely with project teams and senior stakeholders, you will

• analyse current-state performance,
• facilitate workshops/interviews,
• document and validate requirements, and
• produce high-quality analysis deliverable e.g. process maps

Required skills

• Demonstrated experience in formal Business Analysis
• Demonstrated practical use of BABOK
• Strong process modelling capability, including BPMN standard
• Delivery experience across Waterfall, Agile and Scrum environments
• Proven experience facilitating stakeholder workshops and interviews
• Ability to produce high-quality BA artefacts: frameworks, guidance materials, process documentation, decision-support outputs
• Experience in asset management/ capital works/ infrastructure services projects within government sector highly desirable
