Business Analyst

Our leading reinsurance clients are looking for Business Analyst for a permanent role in London, UK.

This role will support the Delegated Authority function, working on the operational processes that manage business written through Coverholders, MGAs and delegated arrangements.

Key responsibilities include:

• Gather and document business requirements across Delegated Authority operations.
• Analyse and improve end-to-end operational processes following policy placement.
• Work closely with Underwriting, Operations, Bordereaux teams and Finance.
• Support enhancements to delegated authority products and operational platforms.
• Review bordereaux processing, premium and claims reporting workflows.
• Map current and future state processes and identify opportunities for automation.
• Support UAT, process documentation and business readiness activities.
• Act as the bridge between business users and technology delivery teams.
