Randstad Digital is hiring a Senior HR Business Analyst for direct integration, in a company located in Porto.
Hybrid work model (3 days on-site; 2 days remote / week).
- The Senior HR Business Analyst partners closely with HR and business stakeholders to understand their needs and convert them into well‑defined system requirements, data models, and reporting specifications.
- The role combines deep HR process expertise with strong analytical skills to interpret data, extract insights, and communicate them in a clear, straightforward, and audience‑aligned manner.
- By aligning business priorities with HR technology capabilities, the Senior HR BA ensures that solutions are effective, scalable, and grounded in real operational needs.
Responsibilities
- Responsible of the design and implementation of the report.
- Ensure the proper distribution and process animation.
- Ensure that consistent and reliable data is available when needed.
- Develop and Maintain the appropriate systems, tools, data models and relevant reports: Discuss Business & Administrative Solutions priorities and translate them into system and tools features, data models, reports and KPI requirements.
- Ensure alignment with external and Company best practices regarding data models, systems and tools as well as governance rules of models, data and reports.
- Ensure compliance with the Data & Information Management Framework.
- Drive continuous improvements of the data models, systems and tools, based on feedback from stakeholders or identified gaps.
- Understand how internal and external events and/or changes will affect systems, tools, data models and relevant reports and recommend necessary actions.
- Coordinate activities performed by external parties and monitor the associated deliverables.
- Provide data quality checks, analysis and recommendations.
- Ensure report(s) are completed with consistency and in compliance with (internal and external) work requirements, applicable laws & regulations, policies, codes, standards, regulations and industry practices.
- Ensure report is set-up to provide clear and relevant insights.
- Maintain documentation and report updates as business rules and structure evolves Identify and shape potential business process improvement opportunities.
- Develop understanding of stakeholder’s orientation and preferences.
- Distribute reports to the various stakeholders involved.
- Provide stakeholders with status updates, maintaining high level of confidentiality and proactively highlight concerns as they arise.
- Provide accurate and detailed information when escalating to the next support level.
- Ensure solutions are thoroughly tested prior to release for use by stakeholders
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business analytics, finance or equivalent
- Solid technical aptitude in SQL/M/DAX;
- Experience working in Power BI (2+ years), PowerApps, & Microsoft Office Suite (Preferred);
- Experience with SAP SF or HCM is a plus:
- Interest / understanding of ETL/data aggregation processes, data warehouse;
