Salesforce Business Analyst / Warranty Quality

We are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst / Warranty Quality Expert with 2+ years of proven experience in the warranty domain. The role focuses on Salesforce implementation and enhancements, including the migration of warranty functionality from SalesCore to Salesforce, within the Automotive Tech sector in Porto/Gaia with limited office presence (1x per week). The start date is as soon as possible.

Key responsibilities

• Move warranty functionality from SalesCore to Salesforce.
• Analyze existing warranty processes and translate business objectives into functional specifications.
• Define specifications and KPIs with the team and stakeholders.
• Maintain communication within the project team and with business stakeholders.
• Lead the project from the business perspective.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing.
• Plan training with affected locations and verify its effectiveness.

Must-Have Requirements

• Experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst in the Warranty domain.
• Strong knowledge of complaints and case management processes.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
• Ability to create business requirements, functional requirements, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Solid understanding of system integrations, data migration concepts, reporting, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Experience in transformation, migration, or CRM implementation projects.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Service and CRM.
• Knowledge of SAP systems.
• Experience with case and complaint management tools.
• Knowledge of data migration and reporting basics.
• Experience with integrations and UAT.
• Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps and Confluence.
• English proficiency.
