Position Overview
Reporting to the Pricing Excellence Manager, the Pricing Analyst will strengthen the Pricing Excellence team by supporting the global FLIP Pricing Tool, ensuring data integrity, managing system development requests, and coordinating testing and deployment activities across regions.
This role is essential to guarantee that our global pricing processes run smoothly, efficiently, and in line with Pricing Excellence standards. The Pricing Analyst will work closely with IT, global pricing teams, and cross-functional partners to ensure system stability, continuous improvements, and seamless global rollouts.
Primary Duties
Pricing Tool Management:
- Analyze and manage the VSTS project management system.
- Investigate system bugs, reviewing ERP and database data; propose enhancements and code changes.
- Coordinate functionality testing at the end of each development sprint/release.
- Act as the main point of contact with IT teams, ensuring clear requirements, timely follow-up, and appropriate technical support.
- Collaborate with the BI Finance team and other departments to ensure data validation, accuracy, and consistency.
- Drive development of standardized functionality that supports all business units (HHC, EA, BAS).
- Provide global support to Pricing teams and existing users; prioritize production support requests.
- Coordinate price updates with the IA Team; monitor robot/script execution and support resolution of discrepancies.
- Support global rollouts through testing, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Partner with IT to identify and mitigate system or process gaps.
- Work with GBU Pricing Teams and the Pricing Excellence Manager to ensure the tool captures all business requirements.
- Support FLIP functionality through SAPONE transitions and new ERP implementations, ensuring data and process continuity.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or related.
- 2–4 years of experience in ERP implementation, Project Management, Finance, Pricing, or similar technical roles.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to manipulate, clean, and analyze large datasets.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a small, high-impact global team.
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and energetic approach.
- Ability to balance long-term vision with short-term priorities.
- Able to explain technical concepts in simple terms to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft tools (Excel is mandatory).
- Familiarity with data warehouse systems and ERP tools such as SAP.
