Business Analyst (French Speaker)

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst fluent in French to join a project in a hybrid model, with 2 days per week in Porto, Portugal.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse business processes and gather business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and effective solutions.
• Collaborate with French-speaking stakeholders, clients and cross-functional teams.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate workshops and meetings.
• Create detailed documentation in French and English.
• Support process optimisation and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
• Fluent French: spoken and written.
• English B2 or higher.
• Experience in Requirements Gathering, Business Process Analysis, Functional Analysis and Stakeholder Management.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with multicultural teams.
• Banking or Financial Services experience is a plus.
