🔎 What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT or digital transformation projects;

• Ability to analyze and document business and functional requirements;

• Experience writing user stories, process documentation, and functional specifications;

• Strong ability to act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams;

• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban);

• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills;

• Fluency in French (minimum B2/C1).

💡 Nice to have

• Experience in the banking or financial services sector;

• Knowledge of tools such as Jira and Confluence;

• Experience working with international stakeholders;

• Ability to thrive in multicultural environments;

• A proactive, organized, and results-driven mindset.
