ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a Business Analyst to support business and system improvement initiatives in the financial services sector, with a focus on corporate and investment banking activities, market products, fixed income and derivatives securities.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Collaborate with users and project managers to understand business needs and translate them into clear functional requirements.
- Perform business analysis across projects involving financial products and operational workflows.
- Prepare detailed functional specifications based on validated user requirements.
- Support testing activities to ensure functional accuracy, usability and business alignment.
- Provide functional support to users by analysing questions, incidents and improvement requests.
- Contribute to continuous system improvement through structured analysis, feedback and documentation.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst or similar role.
- Experience in the financial services sector, ideally within corporate and investment banking environments.
- Knowledge of financial products, especially market products, fixed income and derivatives securities.
- Previous exposure to back-office or front-office environments in financial services.
- Strong analytical skills and a methodical, detail-oriented approach to testing and documentation.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Collaborative mindset, willingness to support the team and genuine interest in financial markets.
- Professional working proficiency in English.

COMPENSATION TRANSPARENCY
Base salary range: EUR 14 000 - EUR 24 000 gross/year
Total compensation: up to EUR 30 000/year
The salary range is based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including required competencies, professional experience, level of responsibility and role requirements. Final compensation will be determined according to the candidate's profile and position requirements.
