Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement or automation.
• Use Microsoft Power Automate and other Office 365 tools to improve business processes
• Gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional system solutions.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models in Excel and other analytical tools.
• Collaborate with Sales, Accounting, Operations, and HR teams to streamline cross-departmental processes.
• Support data integrations and EDI transactions between systems and external partners.
• Document workflows, process maps, and system diagrams.
• Maintain databases, monitor data accuracy, and assist with troubleshooting and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, or a related field is required
• Strong technical skills, including programming languages, databases, are required
• 1+ years of ERP experience is required
• 2+ years of experience in business analysis or process improvement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate and Office 365 is required.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, data modeling)
• EDI and database experience preferred.
• Familiarity with process mapping tools such as Microsoft Visio is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
