2+ Years of Experience in Report Analytics or Business Analytics

IT or Related Courses Graduate

Responsibilities

Lead the definition and management of business analysis activities for large and complex projects.

Work closely with stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and identify business opportunities.

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the business domain and industry trends.

Facilitate strategic discussions and workshops to define project scope and objectives.

Oversee the elicitation, documentation, and validation of complex business and technical requirements.

Develop innovative solutions and business cases to address business challenges and opportunities.

Provide guidance and mentorship to other business analysts.

Ensure adherence to business analysis standards and best practices.

Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, effectively communicating complex information.

Contribute to the development of business analysis methodologies and tools within the organization.

Requirements:

• Business Analytics G Suite (GDS) knowledge; reporting is required
• Google Data Studio Skills required
• Google Sheets experience required
• Good Analytical skills
• Excellent communicator (oral and written)
• Critical Thinker
• Detail-oriented
• Good Mathematical skills
• Good Platform/Systems knowledge (experience in handling Gorgias / Aircall / Shopify is a plus but not required)
• Problem-solving skills

• 8gb RAM and Core i5 above or equivalent processor (required)
• Stable internet connection - 15+ Mbps
• Has a stable internet connection, hardware, and power – with backups in case of outage
